On Saturday November 9th My motorcycle would not start. The pervious night was very cold and I did not have the battery tender hooked up. When I put the tender on, I noticed that the light was blinking, indicating I wasn't charging my battery. I pulled the battery and had it tested. It was only showing 185CCA. I put a new battery in and the bike started. I plugged the tender in and noticed that the light was still flashing. The following morning, November 10th I brought the bike in to Brian's to service. I was met by Ted Roper. I explained what was going on and he asked me a bunch of questions trying to diagnose the problem. There was only one mechanic working at that time so he broke out some tools and started to check a variety of things on the bike. Ted found the a 20 amp fuse had blown and replaced it and we tested the battery tender and it was working. Ted di an excellent job of diagnosing the problem fixing it and sent me on my way.

I bought my first Harley from Brian's when Brian's was in Penndel and the reason I am a loyal customer is because of the excellent customer service I have always received. I feel Ted should be recognized for his dedication to customer service.

On March 30th, 2019 I had a pleasurable shopping encounter at Brians Harley Davidson.

Being new to the Harley Family and not very knowledgeable on Helmets and Riding Gear, a sales associate named Heather assisted me in obtaining the gear that I needed. (She actually came over to us!)

Heather explained the importance of selecting the proper gear and stayed with me for over an hour.

The store was very busy and although she assisted other customers while I was making my selection, she always returned.

After thanking Heather for her assistance, she stated that it was her 1st day on the job.

I told her that her customer skills were excellent and I really did not believe that it was her 1st day.

I also informed the on duty manager, Rich, about the service that Heather had given us.

He confirmed that it was her 1st day on the job.

I was at Brians last week watching a cam install on a M8 engine. Their mechanic, Scott, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer many questions. I was so impressed with his knowledge and expertise, I booked a Stage II cam install in my 2017 Road Glide.

This Summer I received a pair of gorgeous HD earings for my Birthday from my ole man. I LOVE these and wear them everyday. This week one of the backs came apart.....I contacted HD and was greeted with genuine support . My HD dealer returned to manufacturer and replaced these for me expeditiously with enthusiasm.

By the way, I am a brand new rider with a 250 Virago. Once I am ready to rock on I WILL be shopping at the BEST HD shop around. Brilliant customer service with authentic people!!! Right ON!!!!!

Stopped in on a whim to look at/try on MC boots and to begin a dialog with the sales dept. about a possible future purchase. Ed Palmer listened and knew exactly what I was looking for and made it possible to move on the purchase sooner rather than later. He spent time with me and answered any and all questions. Brian's is our new Harley store! I was looking to trade in my 2011 883 Sportster for a 2016 Heritage Softail Classic and went to our local Harley dealership which we have visited regularly over the past 5 years and have actually bought 3 motorcycles from only to get in our opinion a lousy deal. The next morning (sat 6/25/16) we decide to drive the 30+ miles to Brian's. We felt welcomed immediately. Practically as soon as we walked in we ran into Dan who is the general manager. Ron Small was great. I talked to him on a Tuesday we set up a appointment for Saturday

I showed up on Saturday at 9:00am Ron Small had me sign some paper work.

We followed him to a large parking lot. He got off the 2014 Ultra Limited

He showed me the controls . He explain the bike very well, then I was off riding and very well handling motor cycle

Ron said drive it around the lot till you feel comfortable.

I went for one ride around the parking lot I was hooked .

The bike was very easy the drive and it handled like a dream.

So we went back to the dealer ship. Ron got on another bike and we were off for a good Cruz

This bike had great power and drove like a dream. It handled like a light bike and road like a cruiser .

I was hook Ron made me a deal. Traded in my 2014 Yamaha v-star that I just bought in May this year with only 1000 miles on it.

I drove home my fantastic first Harley Davidson.

Took my wife for a ride and she loves it also.

Since I went down on my 02 Honda CBR600F4i in July 2012, I have been looking for a new set of 2s. I did not expect much but an oil change and someone to look over the motorcycle and tell me everything is fine. I am mechanically inclined but in preferred to have a professional look over my ride, see something I might not notice. What I got in return was what seemed like a new ride! This was my First Harley. From the moment I walked into the dealership I knew what I was getting myself into. The place looked great bikes and chrome everywhere... It was great! Everyone from the receptionists, to my salesman, to the demo driver, to the managers were all very helpful, nice, and knowledgable. I went in on a friday thinking i would get any kind of bike to coming back saturday knowing exactly what I wanted. Although I would not recomend buying on a saturday due to how busy the place is. I would recomend Brians to anyone thinking about buying a Harley or Buel. Great staff and atmosphere.

I would like to take this opportunity to reflect on my recent purchase at Brian's Harley Davidson. I too am a business owner and I have spent over 40 years in the retail business, always striving to satisfy my customers and clients. In this day and age we have all come to tolerate and even expect, less than an enjoyable buying experience. Some people even write letters and complain about it. I have found that very few take the time to write when they are satisfied. You may consider me the exception to this rule. I have been dealing with Brian's for several years, mainly for parts and service. My four previous Harleys have all been used and purchased from private sellers. My fifth Harley, a 2010 Black Ultra was recently purchased from your dealership and I was able to experience the full treatment the buyer of a new motorcycle, at your dealership, is afforded. From the first greeting I received from Ed Palmer, the polite and fair negotiating handled by Dan Stites, and the meeting of all the department managers....the entire buying experience was very enjoyable. After the sale, Ed took all the time necessary to explain all of the bike's functions and acted more like an an old friend as opposed to a "salesman". Of course, none of this happens in a vacuum, and I know that Dan Mccarthy and of course Brian himself are the captains of the ship.
